FCG welcomes our new board and chairman Bo Magnusson
We are proud to announce that Bo Magnusson has been appointed chairman and Hanna Jacobsson and Charlotta Nilsson have been appointed independent board members at Advisense Holding AB.
Bo Magnusson has long experience of the financial services industry, including roles as Vice Chairman of the Board at Swedbank, Chairman of the Board at Carnegie Investment Bank, Chairman of the Board at SBAB Bank, Deputy CEO at SEB and non-executive Director at KBC Bank in Brussels. Hanna Jacobsson, board member at Skandia, wefox and IFS has vast experience from the financial services sector in roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Charlotta Nilsson, Chief Operating Officer at Paradox Interactive and board member at Nordnet Bank AB, Industrifonden and Dataspelsbranschen and has held leading positions in several industries, including Vice President at Tieto Sweden AB. All three have been appointed board members at FCG Holding AB at the inaugural board meeting on June 22, and will constitute the board together with the representatives from FCG and majority owner IK Partners.
