Storing data outside EU/EEA or accessing data from outside EU/EEA (third country transfers) including foreign vendors and cloud providers may require a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA). We support with framework and assessments related to third-country transfers and TIA, helping to determine whether a TIA is required and assisting in completing the assessment.
DPA
We support with Data Processing Agreements (DPA), including investigations on responsibilities between the parties, producing relevant instructions as a controller and guidance regarding assessment and monitoring of processors.
