Nordax earlier this week announced the completion of the acquisition in Bank Norwegian. FCG has advised Nordax on governance, risk and compliance matters in connection with the acquisition.
The FCG team on the transaction was led by Christine Ehnström, Partner and Head of GRC Advisory and Henrik Nilsson, Partner and Head of GRC Advisory Sweden and consisted of a large team of governance-, risk-, and compliance specialists from FCG’s offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
