FCG advises TA Associates in connection with the acquisition of 2,5 Billion SEK new share issue in Söderberg & Partners

FCG has advised TA Associates regarding regulatory matters (governance, risk and compliance) in its acquisition of a share issue raising approximately 2,5 billion SEK in Söderberg & Partners, with the purpose to support Söderberg & Partners’ continued expansion in the Nordics and the Netherlands, plus potential entries onto new geographical markets.
