MiFID II countdown: 40 days left!
November 25 2017 marks 40 days until MiFID II takes effect! MiFID II is a regulatory cornerstones within European capital markets regulations, setting new and heightened standards for front-, middle, and back office functions in all types of financial organizations.
With more than 5000 pages of regulations and government guidelines, MiFID II is the most significant and comprehensive reform of the European capital markets in the past 25 years.
Reminder: Starting 3 January 2018, investment firms must publish annual reports with their top five execution venues, as measured by trading volume.
